While the Park is open year-round, winter and early spring have lots of road and trail closures due to snow. The next best times to come are early autumn (Sep – Nov), followed by late spring (Apr – May).Plus, summers here are so pleasant, with daytime highs around 82☏ (27☌) and dipping to 44☏ (6☌). This is why we ONLY do Glacier National Park elopement packages on weekdays and Sundays to avoid the crowds and give you the quiet adventure elopement you’re looking for. Summer (Jun – Aug) is the best time to come to Glacier National Park, but that also means that the Park is busier.
